Change or Cancel Order

Every item you order at Spreadshirt or one of Spreadhirt’s Partner Shops is printed for you by hand. Changes to your order are only possible if we have not yet started printing. If you want to change your order, you need to cancel it first. Once your order is being processed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

How can I cancel my order?

Open the email containing your order confirmation or log in to your Spreadshirt account. You will find the link to your order in the two of them.

Cancel your order by clicking on Details > Cancel order as long as your order has the status "Payment pending" or "New".

If the status is already "In production" or "Sent and paid", you can unfortunately not cancel your order, because your order has already been printed.

Just place a new order with your changes after cancelling the original.
