Delivery Times and Delivery Costs

The delivery times given here are estimates and do not apply to special finishing techniques such as embroidery and screen printing. You can find more detailed information during checkout after you have added products to your basket. Your delivery time depends, among other things, on the type and number of products as well as the selected finishing technique.

Please note: These delivery times do not apply for embroidery or screen printing. The exact delivery times for these methods will be shown at the check out.

How you can help speed up dispatch

  • Complete and correct payment information (credit card payments)
  • Correct statement of purpose (order number) on bank transfers
  • Complete delivery and billing addresses
  • Legally and technically sound designs

Shipping options

Standard : We cannot ensure delivery tracking with standard delivery. Orders that can be sent safely in an envelope are posted without an option to track. This is how deliveries can be deposited in your letterbox without requiring you to be at home. Larger sized orders will be sent in parcels, meaning you can track them.

Premium: When choosing premium delivery (if available), you will always receive a tracking number to track your shipment, regardless of size and packaging type. Posters are excluded from premium delivery.

Express: Express delivery is our fastest shipping method, and tracking is of course guaranteed ― regardless of size and packaging type. Posters and products that you have personalised with embroidery are excluded from express shipping. You can find more information about the express option here.

Customs duties

In reference to customs duties for deliveries to the United Kingdom:

We will ship your order from Germany. If the value of goods exceeds 135 GBP, delivery to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties. These are usually payable when the package is handed over to the delivery service provider. We will gladly reimburse you for the duties incurred! A short message to our Customer Service is sufficient. Please include the invoice so we have proof of the amount paid.
