Previous sales will not be shown
The app shows the last 10,000 sales max. If you want to get more info on previous sales, please log into your User Area on Spreadshirt’s homepage. We have saved all of the sales info since the day you registered.
App shows an order I can’t see in the User Area
Please check the sales stats in your app to see if the order was placed through an external marketplace (amazon, eBay, Rakuten, Sears). In this case, it’s normal that the order only shows in your User Area after about 14 days. There you won’t see the order in the User Area sales statistics, but only in the section ‘Credit’.
User Area shows an order I can’t see in the App
The app only shows orders that we could process. Cancelled or pending orders (‘pending’ usually refers to unpaid orders or incomplete address info), will not be shown in the app. You can see them in the User Area, though.
The money I received was less than I thought
The app’s sales statistic shows all the orders that have been processed by Spreadshirt. These include orders that have been returned by customers. Unfortunately, returned orders do not result in earnings for you. If we already paid out the money to you, it will need to be retrieved. This is why you may anticipate higher earnings than you actually receive. You can see the order status of your sales in the User Area of Spreadshirt’s homepage . The status of the order in question should be set to ‘Return’.
