Previous sales will not be shown
The app shows the last 10,000 sales max. If you want to get more info on previous sales, please log into your Partner Area. We’ve saved all relevant sales info since the day you registered.
App shows an order I can’t see in the Partner Area
Please check the sales stats in your app to see if the order was placed through an external marketplace (Amazon or eBay). The order usually shows in your Partner Area after about 14 days. You'll be able to see the order in the 'Credit' section, not the Partner Area sales statistics.
Partner Area shows an order I can’t see in the App
The app only shows orders that we could process. Cancelled or waiting orders (‘waiting’ usually refers to unpaid orders or incomplete address info) will not be shown in the app. You can, however, see them in the Partner Area.
The money I received was less than I thought
The app’s sales statistic shows all the orders that have been processed by Spreadshirt. These include orders that have been returned by customers. Unfortunately, returned orders don’t result in earnings for you. If we already paid you for these, the amount in question will be retrieved. This is why you may anticipate higher earnings than you are actually entitled to receive. You can look into the current status of your sales in your Partner Area. The status of the order in question should be set to ‘returned’.
